Key Responsibilities:
Task & Operations Management:
Maintain and manage task tracking software.
Follow up with internal teams and employees to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor and report daily progress to management.
HR & Recruitment:
Assist in hiring basic computer operators and support staff.
Manage HR documentation, joining formalities, and attendance tracking.
Handle employee queries and routine escalations.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and communication for both businesses.
Draft emails, letters, and documentation as required.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems efficiently.
Escalation Handling:
Address and resolve day-to-day office issues or escalate them to management as needed.
Ensure smooth internal communication and employee coordination.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in management, HR, or related fields).
3-4 years of experience in a similar administrative or HR support role.
Female candidates preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and task/project tracking tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work independently.
