EA with Business Operations Profile Delhir r r r We are looking for a professional, vibrant and a highly organized EA to MD to assist as per our business requirements.r r Act as a point of contact for projects & initiatives for an assigned arear r

• Prepare weekly reports & provide insights on employee, region & company performance to the Managing Directorr
• Prepare weekly & business analysis reportr
• Organizing & minuities meetings held & regularly reviewing the updates - quarterly review meetings, Inter- Department team meetings, Town Hall, Conferences & other events.r
• Extract, collate, create consolidated business reports & review the metrics with the targetr
• Prepare monthly MIS presentation for reportingr
• Preparing presentations and various reports for the Management to facilitate the decision making.r
• KPI monitoring & management for leadership role (Gap Identification, action planning & monitoring)r
• Maintaining the MDs calendars, fixing appointments, coordination, arrangement and confirmation of meetings.r
• Support the MD - Formulating confidential reports, correspondences, minutes of meeting & monitoring deadlines / follow-ups.r
• Letter drafting on behalf of MD for internal and external communication.r
• Making travel arrangements such as liaising with hotels for accommodation and meeting room.r
• Interacting with senior management & acting as interface between the MD and the Departmental Heads.r

r r Desired Candidate Profiler r Minimum Qualification Regular Graduation in any Domain from DU/Amity/Kerala/Kolkata University.r r

• Experience -Minimum 3 - 4 years in EA roler
• Excellent Interpersonal skills.r
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.r
• Active listening skills.r
• Coordinating & organizing skills.r
• Good Excel & Power point Knowledger
