The Executive Assistant to the Principal provides high-level administrative support to the Principal and assists in the efficient operation of the school. This role involves managing schedules, communications, and various administrative tasks to ensure that the Principal can focus on strategic initiatives and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage the Principals calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Principal and staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Principal.
Facilitate effective communication within the school community.
3. Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
Organize and coordinate school events, workshops, and training sessions.
4. Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
5. Support for Principal:
Assist the Principal with daily tasks and special projects as needed.
Stay informed about school policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
