Position: Executive Assistant to Director - Fashion & Factory Operations

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience Required: Fresher - 3 years

Education: Preferred - NIFT / Pearl Academy (Textile or Fashion Background)

Salary: Rs.30,000 - Rs.45000/month (based on profile)

Role Overview

We are looking for a fashion/textile graduate (preferably from NIFT or Pearl) who is enthusiastic about understanding

how a garment factory works, and is comfortable handling the dynamic role of an Executive Assistant to the Director.

This role blends administrative, operational, and creative exposure, making it ideal for someone looking to build a future

in apparel manufacturing and business management.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Director on daily planning, communication, and factory operations

- Support in coordinating between design, merchandising, sourcing, and production teams

- Assist in sample follow-ups, design reviews, and product development meetings

- Monitor project timelines, production status, and task execution

- Manage calendar, meetings, documentation, and follow-ups

- Visit the factory occasionally to understand the floor-level process and report key observations

- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal trackers related to business and production

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

: Executive Assistant to Director

- Graduate/Postgraduate from NIFT or Pearl Academy (Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Fashion Management)

- 0-3 years of experience in textiles/apparel, product development, merchandising, or operations

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Interest in factory processes and willingness to learn production workflows

- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; exposure to ERP or PLM tools is a bonus

- Well-organized, proactive, and eager to take ownership

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
