Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support directly to the Director.
Manage calendar, appointments, and meetings -- schedule, coordinate, and remind as needed.
Handle emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the Director.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Maintain records, files, and confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders professionally.
Follow up on pending tasks, ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Assist in planning and execution of meetings, events, and business reviews.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in an administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pleasant personality with professional attitude and integrity.
