Executive Assistant to Managing Director (Paper Bag Industry)

Job Role:
Manage MD's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.
Handle vendor coordination for materials, production, and deliveries.
Follow up on tasks with internal teams and external vendors.
Act as MD's representative in meetings and communications.
Draft emails, prepare reports, and maintain confidentiality.
Support production tracking, purchase orders, and vendor management.
Key Skills:
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Professional and proactive attitude
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in paper bag/packaging/manufacturing industry preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
