We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support day-to-
day personal and professional activities. This role requires excellent time management,
attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The Personal Assistant will manage
scheduling, travel, and correspondence, handle a variety of administrative and personal
tasks, and act as a reliable point of contact on behalf of the employer.
The ideal candidate is discreet, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced
environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in both personal and professional
spheres.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling (meetings, travel)
? Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages) with discretion
? Organize and maintain files and records (digital and paper)
? Liaise with clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the General Manager
? Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
? Handle basic bookkeeping or expense tracking
? Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity at all times
The Employee shall devote the whole of his/her time, attention and skill to his/her duties
hereunder and in addition such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required
of him/her for the proper and efficient running of the Employer's business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
