We are seeking a
highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant
with strong experience in
domestic and international ticketing
to support senior management. The ideal candidate will handle travel coordination, calendar management, and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate
domestic and international flight, hotel, and visa arrangements
.
Maintain
executive calendars
, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
Prepare and manage travel itineraries and expense reports.
Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of management.
Coordinate with vendors, travel agents, and internal departments.
Assist in organizing business meetings, conferences, and events.
Maintain travel budgets and ensure cost-effective bookings.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Key Skills Required:
Minimum
5 years of experience
as Executive Assistant or Travel Coordinator.
Hands-on experience with
ticketing (Domestic & International)
using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
.
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information professionally.
Industry Preference:
Corporate, Travel Agency, or any sector with frequent executive travel coordination.
