1. Manage and maintain the Director's calendar with 100% accuracy, ensuring meetings are scheduled effectively.
2. Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and taking minutes.
3. Handle travel arrangements, including ticket bookings, accommodations, and itinerary planning with timely communication.
4. Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Ensure smooth and professional communication flow within and outside the organization.
6. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive correspondence and official communications.
7. Organize and maintain critical documents for easy retrieval, ensuring efficiency in document management.
8. Ensure readiness of reports and MIS data across the organization for decision-making.
9. Provide suggestions for process improvements and take initiative in implementing new responsibilities.
10. Oversee coordination with consultants, ensuring alignment with scheduled objectives.
11. Manage and coordinate payments for multiple service providers, ensuring 100% on-time processing.
