Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the MD.
Communication:
Manage correspondence, screen calls, and act as the primary point of contact for the MD.
Document & Presentation Preparation:
Draft, edit, and prepare various documents, reports, and presentations.
Travel Arrangements:
Plan and coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
Meeting & Event Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external meetings, board meetings, and company events.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as a key interface, communicating with departmental heads, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized records, filing systems, and track important actionable items from meetings.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle various administrative duties and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity and discretion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer software.
Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
