Act as the first point of contact for the MD - managing calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure timely reminders.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents as required.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Maintain confidentiality of business and personal information at all times.
Assist in project follow-ups, tracking deadlines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Organize travel, meetings, events, and other logistics.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 2-5 years of experience as EA/PA/Executive Coordinator.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
Ability to work under pressure with professionalism.
Female candidates preferred.
