We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and communicates effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Handle emails, messages, and communication on behalf of the Founder.
Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting notes.
Conduct basic research, gather information, and summarize key points.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
Assist with personal tasks when required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / Notion etc.).
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of project management tools.
Startup experience.
