Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a leading Ed-Tech company. The ideal candidate will act as the Founder's right-hand, ensuring smooth management of daily operations, schedules, and high-priority tasks.


Key Responsibilities:




Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports. Serve as the first point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion. Assist in project management and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks. Support in personal errands and tasks, as required. Maintain efficient filing systems, documentation, and office records.

Requirements:




MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. Proven experience as an EA or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently. Strong discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools. Male or Female candidates eligible. Must be locally available in Gurgaon.

Budget/Compensation:

Up to 50 LPA
