Key Responsibilities & Role of an EA to the Director:
1. Executive Support & Coordination
Manage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal team /external guests.
Emails, and meeting requests; prioritize issues requiring the Director's attention.
2. Meeting & Event Management
Plan, and coordinate meetings, workshops, and events.
Prepare agenda notes, briefing documents, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
Ensure seamless coordination with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Creative, Business, Social Media, etc.).
3. Communication & Documentation
Draft professional emails, and official communication on behalf of the Director.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documents.
Share key information, and talking points for the Director for the events.
4. Administrative & Operational Support
Handle travel planning, logistics, accommodations, and itineraries.
Maintain records, files, and documentation for compliance and reporting.
Oversee office operational requirements and coordinate with admin as needed.
5. Follow-up & Task Closure
Ensure action items assigned by the Director to teams are monitored and closed within timelines.
Send reminders, follow up with relevant departments, and prepare status updates.
Act as the Director's accountability partner for project execution.
6. Confidentiality & Professionalism
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Represent the Director professionally in interactions with senior-level partners, government bodies, and clients.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
