to support the Director in managing daily schedules, planning meetings, and ensuring efficient communication and coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent time management skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Plan, organize, and prepare agendas for meetings, conferences, and internal reviews.
Ensure timely follow-up on action points discussed in meetings.
Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the Director.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Maintain records, reports, and other confidential documents.
Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Ensure all logistics for meetings (venue, materials, invites, etc.) are in place.
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing documents as required.
Anticipate needs and proactively address them to optimize the Director's time.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
