Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate internal/external meetings, logistics, and agenda preparation.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation bookings.
Manage emails, calls, correspondence, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Prepare and track expense reports, reimbursements, and financial records.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestone tracking.
Maintain communication with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Serve as a point of contact for inquiries and requests.
Daily reporting, scheduling updates, and maintaining work diary.
Additional tasks such as closing cabin windows/curtains, updating rent status monthly, sending daily schedule SMS, etc.
