The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director, ensuring efficient management of the Director's office, smooth coordination between departments, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and reports with discretion.
Act as the point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
Assist in strategic planning, project tracking, and performance monitoring.
Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and procurement related to the Director's office.
Support coordination of corporate events, meetings, and business reviews.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficiency of the Director's office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in [industry, e.g., Engineering / Manufacturing / Construction / IT, etc.].
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
