Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones. Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of leadership. Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents ahead of meetings.

Meeting & Event Management



Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups. Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and travel itineraries. Ensure leadership is well-prepared with relevant information before engagements.

Project & Stakeholder Coordination



Track action items, project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met. Serve as a point of contact between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Operational Excellence



Optimize workflows by setting up processes, templates, and systems for smoother functioning. Research, analyze, and present data as required for decision-making. Support in managing vendor relationships, contracts, and administrative expenses.

Strategic Partnering



Anticipate leadership needs and proactively identify solutions. Assist in prioritization of tasks and time management to align with business goals. Support with special strategic initiatives, including business development, HR, or marketing projects, as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Executive assistant: 5 years (Required) Tally: 4 years (Required) Accounting : 4 years (Required)
