We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional
Executive Assistant
to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex schedules, coordinating communication, and maintaining smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Manage the flow of information with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness
Format and prepare materials for internal and external communications, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports
Screen and route phone calls; manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings
Calendar & Travel Management
Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling and confirming meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodations, itineraries, and logistics
Office & Administrative Management
Organize and maintain a structured office filing system
Monitor and manage office supply inventory and act as office manager as needed
Oversee and support the performance of clerical and administrative staff
Reporting & Financial Tracking
Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
Ensure executive documentation and reporting needs are met efficiently
Experience:
Total work: 2 years (Relevant work experience preferred)
