Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Director Assistance & Coordination



Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Handle daily scheduling, appointments, and calendar management. Manage follow-ups, reminders, and ensure timely task completion. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and official documents.

2. Travel & Social Work Support



Accompany the Director

2-3 days per week

for business meetings, site visits, and social activities. Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, accommodation, and schedules. Assist in organizing social initiatives, community events, and charitable activities as directed by the Director.

3. Administrative & Operational Tasks



Maintain confidential files, records, and reports. Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials. Handle incoming calls, emails, and client interactions on behalf of the Director. Manage special projects, research assignments, and follow-ups.

4. Compliance, Documentation & Coordination



Maintain proper documentation for meetings, approvals, and key business tasks. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of Director-assigned activities. Ensure timely reporting and updates to the Director on ongoing projects and deliverables.

5. Personal & Miscellaneous Tasks



Manage personal errands, bookings, and special requests as assigned. Coordinate personal engagements, event planning, and household-related tasks where required.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

as an

EA, Secretary, or Office Coordinator

supporting senior leadership.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Excellent

Google search & research skills

Ability to manage digital correspondence and online tasks efficiently

Language Skills:

Fluent in

English

and

Hindi

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits



Salary:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)*
Travel and accommodation expenses covered for business and social events. Opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain strategic exposure

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
