Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly organized and professional

Executive Assistant to the Director

who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the Director and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, confidentiality, and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Administrative & Secretarial Support



Manage the Director's daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including preparation of agendas and minutes. Handle emails, correspondence, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the Director. Maintain and update important files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.

2. Coordination & Communication



Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal departments, clients, and external partners. Ensure smooth and timely communication flow within and outside the organization. Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure their completion within set timelines.

3. Reporting & Documentation



Draft, review, and edit reports, letters, and presentations. Prepare meeting summaries, business reports, and documentation as required. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.

4. Operational Assistance



Coordinate administrative and operational activities as per the Director's instructions. Assist in data management, scheduling, and tracking of ongoing projects. Handle vendor coordination, purchases, and expense reporting when required.

5. Professional Conduct



Represent the Director professionally in all interactions. Uphold integrity, discretion, and confidentiality at all times. Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills under pressure.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).

Experience:

Minimum

3-5 years

of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent command over English and Hindi (spoken and written).

Other Skills:

Strong interpersonal communication, multitasking, and decision-making abilities.

Key Competencies:



Strong sense of accountability and ownership. High level of discretion and reliability. Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently. Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Monday to Saturday

Timings:

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible as per the Director's schedule)

Compensation:



Salary:

Up to ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
