The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman serves as the primary point of coordination, communication, and administrative support for the Chairman's office. The role requires high levels of discretion, judgment, business acumen, and relationship management. The EA ensures smooth functioning of the Chairman's day-to-day commitments by proactively managing schedules, communications, and key stakeholder engagements, both internal and external. Key Responsibilities: 1. Core Administrative Skills Calendar & Time Management: Efficiently schedule meetings, prioritize tasks, and optimize the Chairman/Director time. Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication. Organization: Ability to manage documents, emails, and follow-ups seamlessly. Confidentiality: Maintain discretion with sensitive company and personal information. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in office software, digital tools, and virtual collaboration platforms. 2. Strategic & Critical Qualities Proactive Thinking: Anticipate needs before they arise; be two steps ahead of the Chairman/Director. Prioritization & Judgement: Filter what truly needs the Chairman/Director's attention and what can be handled independently. Relationship Management: Build rapport with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the Chairman/Director. Problem Solving: Resolve issues independently with minimal guidance. Adaptability & Resilience: Stay calm and flexible in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. 3.
