Position: Executive Secretary




Location: Chennai




Roles & Responsibilities:







Administrative Support:


Manage and organize calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, as assigned

Screen calls, enquiries and requests and deal with them appropriately.

Facilitate communication with other stakeholders, including customers, Senior Management and Board members. Looking at professionals with 10+ years of experience - with excellent communication and Excel skills, exposure working witg CXO level stakeholders and willingness to travel.
