Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle confidential correspondence.
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external meetings.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
Track action items, follow up on deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Support CEO in strategic initiatives, business reviews, and project coordination.
Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Draft and review official communications, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as an
Executive Assistant / EA to C-level leadership
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time under pressure.
High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
