About the Role:



We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO in daily operations, communication, scheduling, and strategic coordination. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, have strong English communication skills, and possess prior experience working closely with senior leadership. Exposure to international business communication will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the CEO's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel plans. Handle email correspondence, draft professional communication, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business documentation as required. Assist the CEO in managing ongoing tasks, deadlines, and high-priority projects. Coordinate with international clients or partners when required. Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure timely completion. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and business-critical information. Provide administrative and operational support for smooth day-to-day functioning.

Requirements:



2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Excellent English communication skills--both written and verbal. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email/communication tools. Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times. Candidates currently residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, or Kharar only.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
