Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organised Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, handling communications, and assisting with various projects--all while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:



Calendar & Schedule Management:

Organise and prioritise the CEO's appointments and meetings.

Travel Coordination:

Arrange travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.

Communication:

Manage emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

Meeting Support:

Schedule, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Project Assistance:

Help with presentations, reports, and special projects.

Office Management:

Oversee logistics and ensure the CEO's office is organised and efficient.

Document Management:

Organise and maintain files, records, and documents, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Organise events, conferences, and team meetings. Oversee logistics, invitations, and venue arrangements, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Task delegation

: Delegate tasks to team members on behalf of the CEO.
