Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO\'s daily calendar proactively and respond to emails and calls on behalf of the CEO
2. Assist the CEO in creating presentations and communication materials including email, business documents, presentations, social media, and speeches
3. Lead special projects assigned by the CEO
4. Support the CEO in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Provide administrative support to coordinate & communicate with internal & external business partners for preparing & filing documents, updating contact lists, & providing business development support
6. Manage travel arrangements & provide onsite assistance at meetings
7. Coordinate flights, accommodation & transportation arrangements
8. Provide detailed & accurate travel itineraries
9. Ensure meeting resources (agenda, presentation decks, conference room size, technology needs, catering, etc.) are anticipated & provided for
10. Confirm meeting agenda & meeting owner to ensure success
11. Prepare monthly expense reports & reconcile monthly statements
12. Manage the CEO\'s budget & provide timely reporting & analysis
13. Oversee daily tag-ups in collaboration with senior leaders at SHR
14. Draft content for review or review existing content for tone, clarity, and grammatical accuracy
15. Leverage the CEO\'s time & impact by managing relationships and projects outside of SuperHuman Race, particularly related to government ministries, multilateral organizations like the UN, boards, social forums, and community engagement
16. Coordinate with the CEO\'s personal contacts and align the CEO\'s personal commitments to ensure minimum confusion, overlap, and a maximum output of time
17. Run small local errands, if and as required
18. Accompany the CEO for official and/or personal commitments, and follow up on any items that require collaboration with others to ensure the timely completion of commitments
19. Plan parties/events & act as the main point of contact within these functions
