Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Project Leadership
Define, plan and execute priority initiatives
Develop project charters, resource plans, timelines & deliverables; report progress with pivot recommendations.
2. Data-Driven Analysis & Insight
Build and maintain executive dashboards (production throughput, financial variances, supplier KPIs).
Perform scenario and sensitivity modeling; prepare "what-if" analysis
3. Cross-Functional Governance & Follow-Through
Act as CEOs proxy in governance forums; track decisions, surface blockers & ensure closure of action items.
Liaise with function heads to drive accountability on KRAs, SOP compliance & milestone achievement.
4. Executive Communications & Briefings
Synthesize technical or financial information into crisp memos and presentations.
5. Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution
Lead periodic SOP audits and root-cause investigations, ensuring corrective actions and preventive measures.
Qualifications
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or equivalent) OR
B.Sc. in Chemistry from a reputable university.
Preferred certifications: Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt; CFA Level I

Experience (1-4 years):
1-2+ years in a Consulting firm or Project Management role within manufacturing industry contexts.
Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder, end-to-end projects (capacity builds, process overhauls).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA, sensitivity modeling); Power BI/Tableau (dashboard creation).
Hands-on with SAP modules (PP, MM, FI) or equivalent ERP systems; ability to extract and interpret data.
Prefer financial acumen: P&L analysis, capex/OPEX trade-offs, ROI calculations.
Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with manufacturing metrics.
Communication & Leadership:
Good written and verbal English; adept at making presentations.
Fluent spoken Hindi for plant-floor and local stakeholder engagement.
