Job Responsibilities:

• Should be proficient in handling all professional matters related to the CEOs office
• Communicating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including managing an

extremely active calendar, preparing minutes of the meeting and subsequent follow-ups.

• Managing highly critical business MIS, Data management and its period analysis for review and

decision-making.

• Candidate will wear many hats and have a diverse range of administrative responsibilities, but

main goal will be to ensure that the CEO s office runs smoothly by anticipating needs, exercising
sound judgement, and being able to balance multiple priorities.

• Candidate must be organized, proactive, resourceful, proactive, detail obsessed and smart in

his/her conduct.

• Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated

ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

• Candidate must have excellent command on computer skills
