ROLE:
EA to GC Head (This is a contingent role)
DIVISION:
GC Management

• area of responsibility (AOR)

The EA will collaborate across our Global house Centers (GCs) in India, and would work closely with local business units, as well as partner with the other departments within Client, to drive programs. This role will be instrumental in driving several programs and initiatives aimed at moving the GC strategy forward.
This is a high-impact role, based in Mumbai. The role also involves working directly with the India GC Head based in Mumbai, besides several senior stakeholders in India and globally.
The candidate will have dual responsibilities as
- GC Head - Executive Assistant
- Program Management within the GC Management team
S/he will be working for the India GC Head as well as supporting the GC CAO, GC Management team and senior management team in India GC

• Key role responsibilities

The key responsibilities within the AOR are to take reasonable steps to deliver the following:

• EA Functions

o Performing all EA functions including managing complex calendar demands / meetings, working closely with the India GC Head and other Global Leaders\' assistants.
o Scheduling and organizing leadership and team meetings
o Assist the CAO with setting the agenda, taking Minutes of the meeting, tracking actions for several important meetings including the India Senior Management Group (SMG) meeting and other Governance meetings.
o Managing office supplies need for GC Management BU & coordinating with vendors
o Senior visit planning and management
o Travel, Hospitality and Social activities
- Extend all necessary hospitality and looking after guests / visitors
- Maintain all travel records, assist in STA, Business Trips, Passport / VISA and Ticket arrangements
- Helping with claim settlements
- In-house accommodation management and co-ordination with employees

• Program Management within the GC Management team

o Manage end to end execution of GC Open Forum and other GC events like Parivartan launch

• Support GC initiatives and capture synopsis of important review meetings that are done by the GC head.
