Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to serve as

Executive Assistant cum HR Manager

. This dual-role position provides high-level administrative support to the executive leadership and manages key human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and experienced in both executive support and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:Executive Assistant Duties:



Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives. Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and maintain confidential files and records. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and board activities. Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications.

HR Management Duties:



Oversee end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Manage employee records and ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant. Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Organize training, development, and performance review initiatives. Promote company culture and employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of combined experience in executive support and human resources. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite . Exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. High level of discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:



HR certification MBA etc. Experience in a fast-paced corporate or startup environment. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
