This remarkable opportunity calls for an individual with broad-ranging, multi-technology and multi-vendor know-how, as well as a robust comprehension of Mobile Networks architectures, whether legacy or cloud-based. Your primary role will be to guide and aid in the implementation and transformation of end-to-end multidomain customer projects and the ongoing improvements of end-to-end service and automation.
What you will do:
Create a pool of service level experts, helping shift business focus from maintaining domain KPIs to improving end-to-end service KPIs.
Cooperate with CUs, partaking in new feature tests, offering improvements request, and suggesting new ones.
Execute local Strategy Infrastructure Product (SIP) Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities regarding new or enhanced service and resource deployment.
Take on a driving role in the comprehensive automation in customers' networks, utilizing cross-domain and end-to-end competencies.
Lead investigations during multidomain troubleshooting and ensure consistent analysis across all areas.
Participate in presales, building relations with new and potential customers, performing thorough E2E solution and impact analyses.
Propose enhancements to the E2E solution, aiming to boost service quality or network maintenance efficiency.
