The main purpose is to take full Responsibility of Configuration Management / Trouble-shooting & Problem Analysis / Technical Discussions / Self Initiator to Mentor peers for Competence Development / Process understanding and awareness / Audits awareness and follow ups / Handling emergencies and trouble tickets activities related to IP/MW TXN Network!

What you will do

• Ensuring all major incidents and events that are reviewed within the NOC, whilst opportunities to benefit from lessons learnt are utilised to their maximum potential. Driving completion of actions identified and leading the team to employ the same mind-set
• Manage all incidents raised through the ticketing tool or on customer request
• Acting as the first point for activities demanding a level of technical expertise as a 24/7 capability hosted in Automated Operations.
• Operation and troubleshooting of multivendor telecommunication equipment\'s like Tellabs, ATN, CX600, SIAE, NEC, SOEM

You will bring

• Interface with Customer, MSCLT, SDU SL Operate, Service Owner, SDU Customer Support, Technical Authority, E2E Service Experts - End to end leads to ensure timely project deliverables and Operations support
• Expertise required with respect to Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson
• Degree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
• Good understanding of Network Architecture in technologies of 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G

Key Qualification:

• Education: B.E / B.Tech. in Electronics & Communications.
• Experience: 12+ years
