Emergency Call Enhanced Support L3 - Chennai

  • Proactive Identification , Monitoring and Reporting of Emergency Calls from NetScout , Splunk and Tracing tools.
  • Deep Dive Investigation and analysis of Volte Emergency calls failures.
  • Must have deep knowledge of Volte IMS , 4g-5g Packet Core nodes and Call flows.
  • Must have working experience to pull out traces and conduct analysis of Emergency calls.
  • Need to conduct Pre checks and Post Checks in Maintenance Window and During any Change execution.
  • Need to act immediately as soon as a single E000 call failure is observed or reported.
  • Need to Coordinate with multiple domain teams such as CPD, CS-PS Core domain team, Incident Management, etc.
  • Engineer must have Volte IMS working experience, preferably Ericsson Products.
  • Engineer must have 4g-5g hands on experience, preferably Ericsson Products
  • Engineer should possess very understanding of Network call flows of Volte IMS & 4g/5g packet core nodes.
  • Should possess very good troubleshooting skills of Volte IMS and 4g/5g domains.
  • Should possess good data analytical exposure to work on excel reporting.
  • Should have good communication skills.
