Daily monitoring of government and private e-tender portals.
Identifying relevant tenders based on company products/services.
Tender Documentation
Preparing technical and commercial documents as per tender requirements.
Coordinating with internal departments for required data and certificates.
Ensuring all documents are accurate, updated, and submitted on time.
Online Tender Submission
Uploading documents and completing tender submission on e-procurement portals.
Handling digital signatures (DSC) and online payment of tender fees/EMD.
Follow-Ups & Communication
Communicating with clients, vendors, and tender departments for queries.
Tracking tender status, corrigendum, and updates.
Record Keeping & Reporting
Maintaining tender files, submission records, and MIS reports.
Preparing comparison charts, costing sheets, and bid summaries.
Compliance & Quality Checks
Ensuring tender documents meet all technical, legal, and commercial requirements.
Reviewing tender terms and identifying risk factors.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of
GeM, e-procurement portals, CPPP, state tender portals
, etc.
Good communication and coordination skills.
MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PDF handling).
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders.
Basic understanding of commercial terms (EMD, PBG, BOQ, Technical bid vs Financial bid).
Qualification:
Graduation in any field (BBA/B.Com preferred).
Experience in tender handling will be an added advantage.
