Sales and OTA Executive

to manage online travel portals and support resort sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update resort listings across OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, etc. Ensure rate parity, inventory accuracy, and content updates across all OTA platforms Handle promotions, offers, and seasonal packages on OTAs Monitor bookings, cancellations, and OTA performance reports Coordinate with the reservations and front office team to manage availability Support corporate, travel agent, and group sales activities Respond to guest reviews and ratings on OTA platforms in a professional manner Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and revenue opportunities Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in OTA management for a hotel or resort Strong understanding of channel management and rate strategies Knowledge of hotel PMS, channel manager, and booking engines Good communication and negotiation skills Analytical mindset with reporting and forecasting ability
Educational Qualifications

Graduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field Relevant experience in hospitality sales or reservations preferred
