Key Responsibilities :
Review medical charts and documentation under diagnoses and procedures
Accurately assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes
Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and regulatory requirements
Maintain high standards of coding accuracy and qualityCandidate Profile
2+ years of experience in Medical Coding
Hands-on experience in E&M (Evaluation & Management) coding across multiple
specialties :
CPC Certification (AAPC) is mandatory
Good knowledge of the US healthcare industry
