Key Responsibilities

Content Development
: Design and create instructional materials, including video scripts, presentations, quizzes, and interactive modules, tailored to the construction industry.
Research & Accuracy
: Conduct thorough research to ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.
Multimedia Integration
: Utilize multimedia tools (e.g., animations, graphics, and videos) to enhance learner engagement and comprehension.
Platform Optimization
: Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of content into the learning management system (LMS).
Learner-Centric Design
: Develop content that caters to diverse learning styles, from beginners to advanced professionals in construction.
Feedback & Improvement
: Analyze learner feedback and performance data to continuously refine and improve course materials.
Qualifications
:
Proven experience in eLearning content creation, instructional design, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction concepts, terminology, and industry practices.
Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to create visually appealing and interactive content using graphic design or video editing software.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
:
Experience working in or with the construction industry.
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and construction project management.
Familiarity with SCORM or xAPI standards for eLearning content.
