Job Description

E-Commerce Operations:

Manage product listings on the online store (pricing, specs, photos, descriptions). Coordinate with procurement and presales teams for accurate product uploads and stock availability. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and orders via the website or social channels. Ensure timely updates on promotions, banners, and category changes. Coordinate with UAE operations team for delivery timelines and client coordination.

Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & X (Twitter). Design basic creatives, stories, and reels aligned with product marketing. Track analytics and grow followers, engagement, and lead generation via social media. Run ad campaigns under guidance or via external freelancers.

Content & Campaign Support:

Write catchy product content, ad copies, and social captions. Support in preparing promotional calendars and campaigns aligned with UAE marketing goals. Coordinate with design and video editing freelancers where needed.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
