Key Responsibilities
Strategize & Execute Online Sales
Design and implement
e?commerce and quick commerce
strategies across Dokitti's website and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Meesho etc).
Monitor sales performance; set and meet revenue and growth targets.
Knowledge of shopify sales is must
Sales & Revenue Growth
Define, plan, and own monthly/quarterly sales targets across Amazon, the company website, and other platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize products, coordinate marketing efforts, and design impactful promotional campaigns.
Collaborate across teams to drive consistent performance, generate revenue for the business, and achieve or exceed monthly targets.
E-commerce Channel Management
Manage and optimize all aspects of Amazon and website store performance
-- including product listings, keyword performance, pricing strategies, inventory synchronization, A+ content creation, catalog accuracy, and promotional visibility.
Continuously track and improve key metrics
such as product listing ranking, keyword search performance, conversion rates, cart abandonment, and customer behavior to maximize ROI.
Drive sales growth through data-driven actions

Leverage customer insights

Identify customer behavior patterns

(organic, paid, social, affiliate) to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
Generate actionable insights
to guide product positioning, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(marketing, sales, supply chain) to translate data into revenue growth opportunities.
Cross?Functional Liaison
Coordinate with product, logistics, and customer support for smooth fulfilment and service.
Manage relationships with external partners (Amazon, payment gateways, delivery services).
Team Leadership & Process
Mentor, train, and guide junior team members to build strong functional expertise in e-commerce operations, analytics, and marketing.
Coordinate and manage external vendors/partners (agencies, marketplaces, logistics providers) to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
Develop, document, and enforce e-commerce best practices and SOPs, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency across platforms.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, supply chain, and customer service to drive unified business goals.
Implement performance reviews and feedback mechanisms to monitor progress, resolve bottlenecks, and improve team efficiency.
Promote a culture of accountability and innovation, encouraging proactive problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Streamline workflows and introduce automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy in reporting, inventory, and campaign execution.
