2 Meet volume and revenue targets in the assigned area.
3 Manage listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.E-Quick
4 Monitor performance and ensure product visibility online.
5 Collaborate with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
6 Ensure fast-moving SKUs are stocked, priced correctly, and delivered efficiently.
7 Lead a team of field sales reps and merchandisers.
8 Implement company policies, monitor performance, and support team development.
9 Use CRM tools and analytics to track sales performance and drive decisions.
10 Prepare regular reports on channel performance and market trends.
11 All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the management from time to time.
