We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to handle and grow our online sales operations for multiple retail categories including furniture, electronics, household items, tiles, and bath fittings. The role involves managing online platforms, driving sales, coordinating order fulfillment, and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce website and marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Create and maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory
Drive online sales, promotions, and festive offers
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and store teams for smooth order fulfillment
Handle customer queries, returns, and ratings
Monitor sales reports, conversion rates, and stock movement
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
6-10 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail (Indian market preferred)
Knowledge of marketplaces, GST basics, and retail operations
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Salary
45,000 to 50,000 / - per month
