Proven experience driving sales across various marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon & Flipkart with a deep understanding of platform-specific strategies for achieving optimal performance.* Minimum 3 years of experienceworking with Amazon, with a strong understanding of Amazon Ads and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing Amazon Ads campaigns.
Oversee and refine product listings across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and maximize visibility, driving increased customer engagement.
Predict sales trends and growth opportunities. Analyze key metrics to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Amazon Platform Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Flex, including solid knowledge of Flex site launches, GTIN Exemptions, Brand Registry, Category Approval, and handling Policy Violations and Product Compliance.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing profit and loss (P&L), with a track record of effectively overseeing financial performance
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical skillsto interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Ability to think strategicallyand develop innovative strategies to improve sales performance and market competitiveness on Amazon.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams*, external partners, and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve business goals. Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges in Amazon operations, campaigns, and performance metrics.
