Handle Day to Day Operation Tasks.
Everyday follow-up with operations team for orders.
Analyzing everyday account health and performance
follow-up with Online portal manager for the business growth
Everyday raise issue regarding the orders
Creating FBA Shipment weekly/Monthly
Manage Promotional/Marketing activities
Analyzing Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports of progress
Monitoring competitor pricing and products
Analyze internal data and web analytics
Working On boarding New platforms
Raise Dispute against/damaged/ wrong products.
Improve day to day product catalog
Currently working on Amazon brand page / Amazon new product launching/ Amazon launch pad /new portal on boarding like- Purple, PharmEasy etc.
