Optimize e-commerce platforms and ensure seamless functionality and user experience.5. Monitor platform performance using tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce, and optimize conversion rates.6. Implement digital marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.7. Manage product catalogs with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and stock updates.8. Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce executives to manage day-to-day tasks efficiently.9. Enhance customer journey from browsing to checkout, ensuring smooth payment options and delivery methods.Preferred Skills:Knowledge of multi-channel retail platforms like Amazon and international e-commerce strategies.Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Photoshop, Canva, and CRM systems.Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).Familiarity with graphic design tools and automation systems.Strong project management skills with the ability to handle tight deadlines.
