Key Responsibilities
Merchandising
Manage and update product catalogs across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Myntra, Amazon,etc
Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly content
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve product placement and conversion rates
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and seasonal launches
Production Coordination
Oversee end-to-end production workflows for e-commerce merchandise
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stockouts or overstock
Ensure quality control standards are met across all product categories
Analytics & Strategy
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and sales performance
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay ahead of trends
Recommend pricing strategies and promotional tactics based on data insights
