Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, revenue, and market share.
Monitor KPIs (conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, ACOS, impressions, etc.) and implement corrective actions.
Increase product visibility and organic rankings through SEO and promotional activities.
PPC & Paid Marketing
Plan and manage advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Google Shopping, etc.
Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI.
Run experiments (A/B testing, keyword optimization, campaign structuring).
Sales & Business Development
Drive end-to-end sales growth on e-commerce platforms.
Implement cross-selling, bundling, and promotional campaigns.
Analyze competitor performance and develop pricing strategies.
Operations & Account Management
Handle order fulfillment, returns, and inventory planning.
Ensure smooth account health, compliance, and dispute resolution with platforms.
Liaise with marketplaces for promotional opportunities, deals, and events.
Requirements
Proven expertise
(5+ years) in e-commerce management, preferably with a
brand/manufacturer background.
Strong knowledge of
cataloging, PPC, SEO, sales growth strategies, account management, and promotions.
Hands-on experience with
Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, or similar platforms.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in
Excel, Analytics tools, and Reporting dashboards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
