The E commerce Executive will manage and grow the company's online sales through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces. The role focuses on product listings, optimization, ads, inventory handling, performance analysis, and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Account Management
Handle seller dashboards on Amazon, Flipkart, and other portals.
Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing).
Ensure category mapping, catalog accuracy, and SEO ranking improvement.
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and payments.
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and stock availability.
Maintain healthy inventory levels and avoid stock-outs.
Plan and execute marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Sponsored Ads, Deals, Coupons).
Track campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.
Support participation in sales events, offers, and promotions.
Monitor account performance metrics: buy box, ratings, reviews, defect rates, etc.
Handle buyer queries, feedback, and complaint resolutions.
Generate performance reports and share insights to improve sales.
Education & Experience
Graduate in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience managing Amazon / Flipkart seller accounts.
Skills
Understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales strategies.
Basic knowledge of digital ads, SEO, keywords, and analytics.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Good communication (written & verbal).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
