Job Description

Developing and Executing Online Sales Strategies:

This involves creating and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, including promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and product placement.

Managing E-Commerce Platforms:

This includes overseeing the company's online store, ensuring it's user-friendly, and managing product listings, content, and inventory.

Analyzing E-Commerce Metrics:

Regularly monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, sales data, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.

Optimizing Product Listings:

Ensuring product descriptions are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and attract customers.

Coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams:

Collaborating with marketing, sales, IT, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Providing Customer Support:

Addressing online customer queries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to build loyalty.

Managing Inventory and Order Fulfillment:

Overseeing inventory levels, processing orders, and coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
