Job Summary:
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, coordination with marketplaces, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.)
Upload and update product details, pricing, images, and descriptions
Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch
Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to orders
Track sales performance, stock levels, and inventory updates
Run basic online promotions, discounts, and offers
Prepare sales and performance reports
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and visibility
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Business preferred)
1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
Hands-on experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of seller panels and dashboards
Understanding of SEO for product listings
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
